My first ever company team building which take place at Selesa Resort - 4th to 5th Dec 2015.

Came to office on usual time waiting for departure and arrived there around 10 am. Nice environment at Selesa Hillhomes Resort Bukit Tinggi which surrounded with green forest and mountains, a nice place to chill & relax actually.

At night after the session done, we gathered at one unit of apartment. everyone seems enjoy their time chatting to each other.


Overall, the team building is meant for general team bonding, boosting morale and motivation, creating unity & togetherness, building creativity & endurance and improves sense of belonging & ownership.
